Hub Spot had a number of great features that any business would need.

Pros: I like that it's streamlined enough for most people to get acclimated to. Cons: The learning curve can be quite high, especially if you want to dig deeper into more of the product offerings.

Pros: Hub Spot CRM makes it easy to upload, manage, and easily find your contacts; then, with the template based emails at your fingertips you can easily reach out to your contacts with just a couple of clicks.

Cons: I wish there could be multiple users on the free version so we don't all have to log in under the same user.Ended up not going with Hub Spot Pros: We use the free version and it's excellent to keep track of all of our customer management needs.
